ShowEdge is a web application that generates written trade show preparation materials using artificial intelligence. You provide information about your company and your trade show. We generate documents including prospect profiles, competitor analysis, talking points, outreach emails, and follow-up templates.
By purchasing or using ShowEdge, you agree to these terms.

About generation allowances. One "generation" means producing one section once. Regenerating a section counts again. These allowances are set well above what any normal use requires — a complete Full Brief uses 7 generations, so 40 allows more than five complete briefs with room to regenerate freely. The allowance exists to prevent automated abuse, not to limit honest use.
About "unlimited shows" on the Retainer plan. Unlimited means you may create briefs for as many trade shows as you like while your subscription is active. It does not mean unlimited computing resources. The 200 monthly generation allowance is stated plainly here and shown inside the app at all times. If you legitimately need more, contact us and we will raise it — we would rather do that than have you hit a wall.
You receive one access code per purchase. Treat it as you would a password.
You may share your code with employees or contractors of your own company who are working on the same trade show. We expect a booth team to use one code.
You may not resell, publish, or share your code outside your organization. Codes showing use patterns consistent with public sharing may be suspended.
If you lose it, use the recovery link on the sign-in screen and we will email it to the address on file.
You own what you put in. The information you enter about your company, your customers, and your competitors remains yours.
You own what comes out. The generated documents are yours to use, edit, publish, and distribute commercially without restriction or attribution.
What we store. Your form answers, generated outputs, and logged leads are stored so your work follows you between devices and sessions. We store the email address used at checkout. We store a one-way hash of your IP address for abuse detection, never the address itself.
What we do with it. We use it to operate the service. We do not sell it. We do not use your content to train AI models. We do not share it with anyone except our processing providers listed in the Privacy Policy.
Deletion. Email us and we will delete your stored content within 30 days.

ShowEdge output is generated by an AI language model. It is a well-informed starting point, not verified fact.
Specifically:
You are responsible for reviewing everything before you use it. We are not liable for business outcomes, lost deals, or reputational consequences arising from generated content.
Our policy: if it does not work for you, tell us within 7 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. No forms. No argument.
We ask only that you have actually tried it — generated at least one section — so we can learn what went wrong. That feedback is worth more to us than the money.
Retainer subscriptions may be cancelled at any time from the Manage Subscription link inside the app. You keep access through the end of your paid period. We do not refund partial months, but we also do not make you email us to cancel.
Refunded codes stop working once the refund is processed.
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it. ShowEdge depends on third-party services, primarily Anthropic's AI API, which can be unavailable outside our control.
If the service is down when you need it, contact us. If an outage prevents you from using what you paid for before your show, we will refund you. That is the commitment.
We may briefly pause generation for maintenance or if we detect a problem. You will see a clear message, and your saved work is never affected.
Do not use ShowEdge to:
We may suspend access for violations. Where the violation is not deliberate we will contact you first.
ShowEdge — the application, the prompts, the workflow, the branding — is our property. Your purchase buys a license to use it, not ownership of it.
You may not copy, redistribute, or create a competing service from ShowEdge.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to ShowEdge is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost business opportunities.
ShowEdge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be emailed to active customers at least 14 days before taking effect. Continuing to use ShowEdge after that constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Salt Lake County, Utah.
