We collect your email, what you type into ShowEdge, and what ShowEdge generates for you. We use it to run the service. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to train AI models. You can have it deleted by asking.

When you use ShowEdge:
About the IP hash. We do not store your IP address. We store an irreversible hash of it. This lets us notice that one access code is being used from twenty different locations, which usually means it was posted publicly. It does not let us identify you or track you anywhere.
We do not use cookies for advertising or analytics. ShowEdge stores your access code in your browser's local storage so you do not have to type it every visit. That is the only thing stored on your device.

We do not send marketing email unless you explicitly opt in. Purchase confirmations and service notices are not marketing.
Three processors, each doing one job:
Anthropic — Your form answers are sent to Anthropic's API to generate your brief. Anthropic processes this as our service provider under their commercial terms and does not use API inputs to train their models.
Stripe — Handles all payment processing. Stripe collects and stores your payment details. We never see your card number. Stripe's privacy policy governs that data.
Resend — Sends your delivery and recovery emails. They receive your email address and the message content.
Cloudflare — Hosts the service and stores your data in their D1 database.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not share it with anyone not listed above, except where legally compelled, in which case we will notify you unless prohibited from doing so.

Ask us to delete your content sooner and we will do it within 30 days. We must retain minimal transaction records for tax purposes.
Honest limitation: ShowEdge uses access codes rather than passwords. That is deliberate — it removes friction — but it means anyone holding your code can use your account. Treat your code like a password. Do not post it publicly.

If you are in the EU or UK, our legal basis is contractual necessity for operating the service and legitimate interest for abuse prevention. You may complain to your local data protection authority.
If you are in California, we do not sell personal information as defined by the CCPA. You have the right to know, delete, and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
ShowEdge is a business tool sold to companies. It is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
We are based in the United States and our processors operate globally. If you use ShowEdge from outside the US, your data will be processed in the US.
